Returns

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Spare Parts

We do our best to provide spare or replacement parts, as we believe in the right to repair, this may sometimes come with some manufacturing lead times, as we can not keep every part in stock all the time. If you need a spare part that is not available, please reach out to panomicron@gmail.com

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.
